QUETTA: All-rounder Khushdil Shah, who is representing Quetta Gladiators in exhibition match against Peshawar Zalmi in Quetta, fulfilled wish of his fans.
Khushdil was fielding at the boundary line when fans from the stands kept asking him to come and take a selfie with them.
"Khushdil Bhai, we want selfie with you," fans shouted. "I am coming," the cricketer responded.
In over break, Khushdil ran towards the grill of stands and took selfies with his fans. The cricketer became reason of smile on the faces of fans.
In a first-of-its-kind PSL 8 exhibition match at Quetta's Bugti Stadium, Khushdil scored 36 runs off 24 balls to help his franchise Gladiators score 184 runs in 20 overs.
In PSL 8, Khushdil will represent 2021 champions Multan Sultans.
The PSL 8 will be held in two legs with Multan Cricket Stadium and National Bank Cricket Arena splitting matches from February 13-26 before the action shifts to the Gaddafi Stadium and Pindi Cricket Stadium where the matches will be played from February 26 to March 19. This includes the Qualifier, two Eliminators and the final at the home of Pakistan cricket from March 15-19.
Rawalpindi will host most 11 matches, Karachi and Lahore will host nine matches each whereas Multan to host five matches. The opening ceremony will take place in Multan for the very first time.
More than 36 foreign players, representing 10 nations, will be in action in the tournament.
